Diets for liver disease
The liver performs many metabolic functions, so liver disorders require a diet with an appropriately balanced nutrient profile. It is particularly important to provide high-quality protein in sufficient amounts to support hepatocyte regeneration. Veterinary diets for dogs with liver disease help reduce the body’s metabolic burden and support the stabilisation of liver function.
